We start our negotiation strategy in our first meeting.  Preparation with a unified purpose, proper pricing and a pre-determined negotiaion path is so important to generate Top Dollar from the sale of your home.

Listing Process to Generate Top Dollar


I earn my commission with higher offers

Commissions are the cost of doing business.  So, be cautious who you hire.  There definately is a right and wrong way to market properties and generate "Top Dollar". Look through my REX2020 Listing Marketing System.  It's my system, and placing extra attention to the details that answers the Buyers questions before, during and after they visit your home that generates the highest offers.  Also, the time we spend planning out the negotion strategy puts us all on the same path ... Earn Top Dollar!

Complete the appropriate Inspections and Services

I will recommend an inspector, contractor, stager and real estate services that will help to identify items that need attention before we list the home.

Update, repair, replace or service any issues before you list.

Once you have the list of items to address, the contractors, landscapers and other service providers with knock it out ... quickly! (Of course it depends on the availability of the contractors)

Complete the interior with home staging.

Todays market requires that a home is staged to allow the buyer to bring their imagimnation to the home triggered by the strategically placed staging.

Keep home in showing condition and allow all reasonable showing appointments

We know how hard this can be when you live in the home.  Hopefully, the home will sell quickly for top dollar ... because of all the preparations you did!
