Buying a home is really not as easy as they would like you to think. There is so much to know; Systematically finding the right home, Strategically writing your offer, pricing the home, considering contingencies, handling inspections and the closing process. My years oif experience as a REALTOR® and a buyer has taught me that I need to know the process before we start. All of our buyers are so glad that we take the time to get together for a consultation before starting the home search. Before our clients walk into the first home, they are comfortable with the process, their financing, and the purchase agreements. From that point looking for and buying your next hme is a blast!
